We need your support!
Earn Festival tickets, T-Shirts, VIP places, Festival dinner tickets and more!
Take part in the FullDome Festival 2013 Crowd Funding!
Support our Crowd Funding campaign at http://igg.me/at/fulldomefestival2013! You will help us reward the fulldome artists for their creative energy, nights spent awake, unplanned software crashes, and weeks of taxing rendering sessions. Those who support our campaign help us encourage newcomers to strive for the wittiest idea, the most emotional scene, the coolest 360-degree sound, the most convincing science visualization, the craziest VJ act and the most stunning performance! Make a donation to the fulldome freaks who resourcefully overcome all technical obstacles and manage to amaze the audience with their productions!
In concrete terms, the money collected in the 2013 campaign will be spent on new award categories. For example, there will be an award with prize money for the best novice at the fulldome medium. Further new prizes are the thematic »Ornamental Dances« Award and the Spatial Sound Award. How many awards will be possible, and with what prize monies, is a matter that depends on your donations.
Those who support the festival with a donation are also rewarded. A straight and easy way to secure a seat at the festival is a 50.- € donation. As a thank you perk you get a ticket for the whole three day FullDome-Festival: includes all sessions in and outside the dome, workshops, feature shows, student night, making of presentations, festival gala – absolutely everything! That is only one option of getting involved, taking part and at the same time supporting the festival and the emerging fulldome multimedia genre and its artists from all around the world. The crowd funding campaign has now started. Learn about the details: http://igg.me/at/fulldomefestival2013
Special perks honor the donations ranging from 10.- to 500.- Euro (approx. US $13.- to $650,-). Your support is most welcome, even if you cannot make it to Jena. But if you do, be sure to secure your Thuringian sausage (“Bratwurst”) and kraut for a 10.- € donation. This we call “Kraut funding” and it helps just as a 500.- € donation does. Generous donors of €500 and over will be honored by representation on the “Walk of Fame” in the Jena Planetarium! Stars will embellish the name and corporate logo of the donor, and everything will be certified, photographed, documented and published. A Fulldome Walk of Fame exists nowhere else in this world. This conspicuous honoring will not escape the notice of any visitor entering or leaving Jena’s planetarium dome. Please check http://igg.me/at/fulldomefestival2013.
