Lars the Little Polar Bear
»Lars the Little Polar Bear« is a charming story about the adventures of a curious little bear and his friends, and explores the habitats of their real-life counterparts in the Arctic. It combines nature and environmental education, a gentle introduction to climate change, and a touch of astronomy.
Based on the children’s book by Hans de Beer, a 45-minute version of this show was produced in 2010 by Mediendom, Kieler Planetarium e.V. Loch Ness Productions created this special 27-minute version, with new astronomy scenes, and an English translation and narration.
A Festival premiere on Thursday, May 10, at 6.15 pm.
