Do I need to register online?
Yes, festival guests need to register in advance. We offer Day Passes for each of the three festival days (May 24th / 25th / 26th) and the reduced Festival Pass for all three festival days. Day and Festival Passes include access to all events of the respective day and the entire festival, respectively. Please note that the »Visual Music« Opening Performance on May 23rd is not included in Day and Festival Passes.
You need to register with your full name and email address. The name will be used for the festival badges. If you buy more than one ticket, you must specify the names of all persons for whom the tickets are intended.
Payment is possible via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay with your credit card. With your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to your Festival ticket. Depending on server traffic this may take some minutes.
For how long are the Early Bird Tickets available?
Festival Passes can be purchased at reduced rates till March 31, 2018, only.
I am a student contributor, do I need to pay?
For each student contribution, that is presented on the festival, we offer a maximum of two Festival or Day Passes free of charge. Contributors will get an e-mail with a link to register in advance with their contribution title, full names, and institution by means of the ticket shop.
How do I purchase Tickets?
Just like any other shop, we offer tickets for sale. Choose the tickets for the events you would like to attend and put them into the cart. You may also buy multiple tickets per purchase. Please note reduced ticket holders (students, school goers, apprentices) need to prove their entitlement to the reduced ticket at the entrance.
The full name and e-mail address are requested to send you the tickets and receipts.
Paypal – you will be redirected to Paypal to pay using your Paypal account or your credit card. After purchasing via Paypal you will receive your tickets via e-mail. Either bring the online ticket with you on your smartphone or print it out in advance. We need the QR code.
As an exemption only, tickets can be paid via money transfer. The account details are listed here: http://fulldome-festival.de/sponsorship/. You must specify which ticket you wish to purchase with your payment and the names of the ticket recipients. Your tickets or badges will be handed out at the festival reception desk.
Your receipt includes a transaction number, just in case we need to refund.
Why are not all Tickets for sale online?
The grand opening, fulldome sessions and the evening events are open to the public. Tickets are available without prior registration at the planetarium’s box office. Individual feature shows and short films can be accessed per session with regular planetarium tickets, also available at the box office. A session may include up to three feature/short films.
If you do not see the email with your purchased Tickets in your Inbox within 2 hours please also check your Spam folder (some email programs and services misclassify them as spam).
